Do I need to know about wine?
No. We tell you the level of each experience and choose according to what you want.

But only when it is tied to the place: who produces, where it comes from, how people eat there.
Talk to NomadeBooking famous tables is easy. What is hard is making the food say something about where you are.
On a food and wine trip, our job is to tie the plate to the place, the wine to whoever makes it, and the day to the pace of the people living all of it.
Live the place. Enjoy the experience.
It is almost never just eating well. It is understanding a region through what it produces and the way people eat there.
For some, it is meeting producers and tasting the wine where it is born. For others, it is the local kitchen, the markets, and the shopping. And for many, it is adding the table to a road, an event, or nature.
These are different paths. Choosing among them comes before choosing the place.
Wine and producers
Meeting the people who make it, in the region where it is made.
Local kitchen
Eating the way people eat there, tying the plate to the region.
Markets and shopping
Markets, shops, and local products as part of the trip.
The table and more
The table combined with a road, an event, nature, or culture.
A meal says more when it is tied to the place: who produces, where it comes from, how people eat there. A list of famous restaurants rarely says that.
That is why we prefer fewer tables and more time in each region. Whoever rushes between reservations comes home with photos of plates and little memory of the place.

Illustrative example
The trip could have a base in a producing region, with days of different pace: one with a producer and a long lunch, another free, another with a market and an afternoon without a clock.
An extension by road or to a nearby town could come in, if there is time for it. If not, it is worth staying longer in the same place.
The duration is planned around your available time and what you want to experience.
We adjust the number of experiences and transfers to the available time, whether the trip is short or long.
There is no single season for food and wine. It depends on the region and on what you want to live.
The season changes what happens at the producers and what is open. Some experiences require booking well ahead, so we start planning early and check everything for your dates.

Whoever tastes wine does not drive. We design the day with nearby bases, transfers, or a driver.
There is much more than wine: the table, the products, and the region. We design for those who drink and those who do not.
Often, yes. The table goes well with roads, events, and nature.
In the United States, Europe, and Brazil, among other destinations. We look for the region that matches what you want to taste.

Tell us what you imagine: wine, local kitchen, markets, producers. And who is coming, how many days you have, and when. We design the rest together.
