How we work

You do not start by choosing a package. We start by understanding what you want to experience.

Then we research, design, test the logic of the trip, select suppliers, organize the parts, and only then turn it all into reservations.

The order matters.

Talk to Nomade

First, the conversation

The first conversation is without commitment. It helps us understand the trip, see whether Nomade is the right company for the project, and explain how we will work.

We reply to a first contact within 1 business day. That does not mean a complex itinerary will be ready in 24 hours. It means you will know you reached us, we will talk about what you need, and we will agree on next steps.

We research before we promise

When a trip does not exist off the shelf, research is part of the job. Destinations, seasons, access, suppliers, alternatives. And what could go wrong.

We design the whole trip and test whether it works

A good itinerary is not a collection of reservations. It is a story that has to work as a whole.

That is why the job is knowing what to book, in what order, with whom, why, and what to do when a piece does not fit.

The duration is planned around your available time and what you want to experience.

The internet made booking very easy. It did not necessarily make planning easy.

We call the people who know

An important part of the job is knowing where to look and who to work with. Depending on the project, we work with consolidators, operators, DMCs, hotels, ground handlers, guides, and local specialists.

We do not pretend to know everything about every place. And for us, a network does not mean putting fifty logos on a page. It means knowing who to call when a trip needs something out of the ordinary.

The structure changes with the trip. The responsibility does not.

Only then come the reservations

You receive the scope and terms before any decision. Reservations happen only after you approve.

How fees work

Some trips can be handled within the normal remuneration of the operation and bookings.

Projects that need extensive research, route design, multiple quotes, or specific consulting may carry a planning fee, disclosed before the work begins.

We never start paid work without first explaining what will be done and what it will cost.

How we talk to you

We work in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Commercial service happens mostly digitally, Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm, and Saturdays, 9am to noon (Brasília time), by appointment when a longer conversation is needed.

During the trip, the form of support depends on the operation contracted and is agreed before departure.

No ready-made package.

The trip does not come from a catalogue. It is designed from our conversation, around what you want to experience, and only moves forward once you approve the scope.

Services, suppliers, prices, and availability depend on confirmation and the terms of each proposal.

Shall we start with a conversation?
